PC front case fans stopped working after cleaning

Hello pcmasterrace! Im desperately looking for advice. How the title said, the front fans of my pc stopped working after I cleaned it, even though the back fan functions as always. I tried to check all the connections and bios, but nothing helps. I cleaned those fans with vacuum cleaner and my theory is that I killed them with statics. Can someone help? Or is this "just buy new case fans" scenario?
