My laptop wont charge

My asus vivobook wont charge with usb c. I have checked before. And it went perfectly. But now that thr battery ran out. It wont charge so i can turn it on. As previously mentioned i have charged it either usb c many times. Just not from zero. Any idea what could be causing this. The problem is also that i forgot the original charger at home
