Referrals?

I’ve been doing j2 for a couple months now and have a good balance. One thing I’ve been wondering is does anyone work with another overemployed individual and refer each other to j2s and j3s? If so any problems to watch out for?

I have a buddy who wants to join and my j2 was looking for people but trying to be careful.
