Should i buy outlast on steam...?

So Outlast is on 85% off on steam right now
ive never bought a game before i would love to buy this(i ve played cracked ones),

i the steam one same as orignal , and i would need to buy dlc too

i never used steam are these deals common or are there more cheaper than this ones
