continuous horrible stats
to preface, i’m a 19 year old female college student. i’m a first year in college and average 10k steps per day and am a distance runner. i go to bed around 11 and wake up at 8:30 but my stats are garbage and have been for weeks and weeks. does anyone know if i go a few days without my ring will it just do a refresh? my resilience is depressingly at rock bottom, but ive been doing better than i ever have in my life. my activity stats are always 85+ but my sleep and readiness are always in 60-70. my vo2 also shot down from 40 out of nowhere which is really getting on my self confidence for my running. i do not know what to do.
