What are these brown patches and spots and bubble looking things? Context in text

Back in June had a crazy yeast infection. And then 4 more. Since then my skin texture has changed, like more emphasis on the folds and looks thicker. skin seems to sag, I have weird growths that look like xl vestibular papillomatosis before the actual vestibular papillomatosis. The large ones are in the 430 to 6 position. It started with 1 now there is like 4 or 5. These brown patches showed. My fordyce spots are inflamed everywhere. There are teeny tiny brown bubble things, and then oval brown freckle looking things. Never had any of this before. The oval things disappear with pressure and come back. The dark skin patches are seemingly changing shape at times. Sometimes look raised sometimes look like skin. Mostly just on the edges of labia as you can see. The skin on my perineum sags and kinda looked like GW to one doctor. Others said no. Didnt post those however. Could this be associated with gw if that 1 dr is right? No idea what's wrong. Hydrocortisone helps with the pain and inflammation. Stings at the entrance. Frequently urinating and takes a while to get a stream going.
