1/2 oz of liver a day?
So liver is one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet, and while Paul Saladino may be a controversial figure in some nutrition spaces, I kind of agree with some of his takes (I still eat some vegetables though). I've been applying his recommendation of 1/2 oz of liver A DAY, but I've been wondering if this may carry any negative consequences? I know liver is high on vitamin A and copper, will eating 3.5 oz of liver long-term each week make me run into issues with toxicity of either of those micros or is that unlikely?
For reference, according to Cronometer, 1/2 oz of liver contains:
Vitamin A - 1338 µg (149% RDA)
Copper - 2 mg (227% RDA)
