I'm making per diem pay for agency and doing a contract. Currently. I have been since 2018. I have a side job in behavioral health. What is the average wage for a outpatient surgery center? 12 hour shifts are getting harder on my family. Spouse works overnight. 2 kids one teen one school age. Can someone give me a idea what to expect?
