Best NFS game i could buy

Hi everyone, I am a car guy who also likes a lot videogames and I wanted to try some other need for speed games (I only played Heat and I didn't like it) and I don't know what buy, I was thinking about hot pursuit remastered but I wasn't sure so I want to ask you. What is the best NFS game I could buy? I have an Xbox series x, but if you could I'd like buying games of the Xbox one/series x and not games of the 360 or the original xbox.
