Nagatoro’s brother?

Hello guys, I am a big fan of this anime and i love it. But a big question is frustrating me from the beginning.

Nagatoro spoke a lot of times about her brother but we didn’t saw him in the show. Do someone have any ideas or theories about him? Why is he not in the anime?
