What are some of the good BCom/BMS colleges in Mumbai that have boys hostel?

Entertaining the thoughts of applying for bcomH or BMS at NM/Mithi/Xavier's , so exploring sanely costing residence options.

From far away I've figured that mithi, NM under Svkm has a g r jani hostel but the cost is a major concern, it'll be the last option.

1. Is there any decent boys hostel 10-20k monthly with food 30 mins motorcycle ride away?
2. Likewise for Xavier's?
3. Is HR KJ KC Jaihind in the same league as NM , worth considering and then like above pls advise hostel facility.
4. Or any other colleges? Not interested in nmims.
