Myriad with legendary attack triggers

I have a card [[Inniaz, the Gale Force]] and want to give it myriad. It’s legendary so it’ll sacrifice itself but do the attack trigger activate and if I attack with just it does it’s ability activate for having 3 attackers with flying?
