Automatically Set Default Email in Email Column on Item Create?
I have a button column called "Create Service Desk Ticket"
When I click the button I want Monday to send an email to our ticketing system and include all the item details. (Name of the task, who its assigned to, the timeline, notes, etc.)
Only problem is that I can't seem to create a new task and automatically assign a static email address to it so that it can be used by the automation. Is there a way to do this?
