Overdoing the electrolytes
So from all the comments emphasizing rehydration and electrolytes on this sub, when I was trying desperately to find non-med remedies for my two week rebound headache, I figured I’d take that seriously. I guess I drank too much bc my stomach is VERY UNHAPPY. My head is better, but now from googling I know that it’s possible to give yourself some unpleasant tummy troubles with too much electrolytes too quickly. Word to the wise!
