Need help with traumatic event
Is there any way to reduce anxiety and stress from “ptsd” when this particular situation is being brought up?
Every time a similar event is being mentioned I get really stressed and anxious and I panic. This situation has been a current problem for me and it’s been 3 months since it happened and I feel like it’s been 7 months. Sometime I randomly think about it and it makes my life worse.
Any help is highly appreciated
