Painful urination inconsistent with online suggestions

I’m a 19 year old male, I have an extreme burning sensation in the tip of my penis, but only at night. It has happened for 3 nights in a row now. It can happen if I wake up to pee but also happens before bed. I am circumcised and can’t think of a way I could’ve gotten a uti. Any suggestions for the cause of this issue?
