Pinging in this game fuckin sucks

I'm tired of trying to ping the enemy black panther twerking on our backline luna snow only to spam "I can heal" 5x in a row. Messing with the Advanced sensitivity settings for pings doesn't alleviate the issue at all. I hope they fix how pinging works soon or implement a better option select for pinging enemies, pinging objective etc.
