What are Invisible Woman's weaknesses/counters?

I've been playing Invisilady since she came out and I'm just having too much fun. I mainly play strategist and she is by far my favorite. I just wanted to hear some opinions about what her weakness may be and what heroes would counter her? I've been doing really well with her not only in terms of healing but dps and getting kills as well, not bragging I just think she has an incredible kit and survivability so I'm not getting hard countered a lot.
