marvel rivals stuck at 99%

the first ever match i go into was completely fine but when i play again i'm stuck at 99% in the loading screen, no matter what i do, i have this game on my HDD since my SSD is full of stuff that is more important than rivals, and i also meet above the requirements, please help me
