Looking for a bl

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a bl. The part I remember is very blurry to me. It was when the uke and his uncle were running away from the loan sharks. His uncle saved him and was the one paying off his father's medical bills (i think his father was hospitalized???) that's why they were being targeted. I think they were in his uncle's truck when they got caught. I'm not quite sure. His uncle was the one who sent him to school and stuff but it wasn't until then that he knew that his uncle was going into debt with loan sharks trying to sustain him and paying for the medical bills. That's literally all I remember. I can't remember any of his features nor how the story went from there. I hope someone can help me. Thank you.
