suggestion of manga with well developped interesting characters ?

I want to find a manga with well developped characters.

I don't want horror, I don't want harem, ecchi or pornography. I'm fine with sex if it's realistically displayed and actually brings anything to the story and character developpement.

But I just want characters that are non denife by a single trait nor have 0 personality.

I'm tired of the "self insert good guy that does everything right all the time" I'm tired of the "I want to do this and that is my whole personality" type of characters.

I characters want with good sides and flaws who slowly evolve throught experience, trauman, human interactions... who have insecurities and dreams, plural ! who actually feel human.

Any suggestionS ?
