Looking for cast triggers/cascade in izzet

Making a Neera, wild mage deck. Looking for cards that do something when it's cast or do something when something else is cast since she can effectively exchange a casted spell into another one getting the benefits of the first cast/cascade trigger and getting the full benefit of the second one. Storm and other ways to exchange spells or cast multiple for one would also be helpful. Going for a more spellslinger deck but any suggestions help.
