Is "high warm" enough for Canadian winters ?

Hii ! I live in Montreal and im easily cold. I was wondering if the high warm jackets are warm enough for when it's -20 ? Im asking because im looking for a knee length iridescent winter jacket since 2020 and just saw one at lululemon. Thank you ! :)
