Coding with full time non-tech job

I work 5 10's / 6 10's in a welding shop right now. I have maybe 30 minutes at home to code, but I am far too tired to even open anything. A get a few hours on Sundays and that's about it.

I am wondering how you stay "fresh" with a full-time job?

I thought about editing projects on my phone during lunch? Or writing little simple little scripts in a new language like advent of code? Or bring a programming book? Podcasts / yt videos?

I have not had any luck in the tech job market and can't keep hoping my luck will change so I went back to the trades. However I can feel my skills slowly start to fade...
