We need to talk about Ilaoi top lane.( I play Caitlyn btw)

(I play Caitlyn bot ) I am no pro and probably very average at the game but i will say it she is broken , she seems too strong to not be , last couple weeks i have faced her multiple times and I haven't gone on to win a single match she is too tanky add in to that the ridiculous healing and those pesky tentacles that pop out of everywhere when i am trying to focus on the champions abilities in team fights , it literally feels like i am in a tentacles hentai being violated . Is there any way to stop her
