New ranked restrictions are worst than ever

They keep trying to add more restrictions that really just make the game hard to play. I love when people banter with me. I like when people call me a dork when they kill me and I like doing the same. I just don't understand why this game keeps getting softer each year. Is this game for toddlers or for adults and teens? Who asked for these restrictions? There are literally multiple petitions on chang.org to remove these restrictions because they are, and have always been, absolutely hated by the community. I hope things change for the better eventually.
