Daily Mileage Maximum before an. old leaf is unusable?

I drive 17 miles round trip from work. If I wanted to be ultra frugal, would buying a $3k Leaf fulfill my needs for the next 2-4 years? I see incredible savings opportunities if this turns out to be true.

I have seen 2015 Leafs for that extremely low price. Is it unlikely that these vehicles would fulfill my needs? And for how long?
