Honest question do we need to be worried that Luka leaves this offseason?

I'm not sure what the max is that the Lakers can offer him vs other teams. We have no idea how Luka feels about LA or the org. As much as this is a no brainer trade, if Luka leaves ~~this~~ next offseason for nothing that would be devastating.
