Harassment by rapido rider

My friend coming back took a rapido as she didn't have any other option available. She has used rapido earlier it hasn't been a problem earlier but this time around the rider kept insisting for her to sit closer and pestering her to give him her Instagram. Ik this might be a one off case, but what can be done about it.
