Curious if I should go back and complete my playthrough of KCD1 before 2 is released. Is the main quest "Questions and Answers" fairly deep into the game?

I put a lot of time into this game back in 2019; about 90 hours in all.

I'm currently level 15 and really took my time in my playthrough. I completed a lot of side quests and did plenty of exploring. It was definitely an immersive playthrough where the main quests weren't at the forefront of my mind.

Now I'm wondering if I could go back and quickly bee-line the rest of the main quest so I can have better context for KCD2 (while also practicing the sword play again lol) without putting TOO much time into the experience.

I will say that my biggest fear is getting burnt out on the experience and ruining the 'fresh' feel of KCD2, so I'm still not sure if it's even worth it. But if it's just a quick 10-15 hour jaunt through the remaining main quests, well, that wouldn't be too bad...
