PC specs - how screwed am I?

based on the released pc specs, how screwed am I at 1080p? with:

Ryzen 5 3600

32 gb ram ddr4

Rtx 3060ti

:D I feel like the game is gonna be 30 fps at lowest settings based on the cpu
