What's KCD's most brilliant design decision you don't see in other games?

For me it's separating visibility and conspicuousness in two different stats. It's a genius mechanic that would fit perfectly in social stealth games like Hitman.

Henry is less visible in an all black outfit, but you are more conspicious walking around town dressed like a ninja than you are wearing plain grey, beige and brown garments. Low vis is good for sneaking through enemy camps, but in my experience low conspicuousness seems better when pickpocketing or moving through a town with a wanted level
