Pre-workout (PWO) coffee kicked me out of ketosis?

I fasted overnight. Woke up and only consumed the PWO coffee. I went for a workout, and when I got back from the gym, I measured my blood glucose/ketones & I was no longer in a state of ketosis.

Any ideas why this might've happened?

Here's what I put in it:

  • 1 scoop Whey Protein Isolate
  • 5g creatine mono-hydrate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 0.5 tsp Lo Sodium Salt
  • Black coffee
