Will I hit a plateau with Keto fat burning?

Hi everyone 👋 I am only coming in to 2 weeks of Keto diet. The first week was really tough for me (feeling really hungry all the time and having a high desire to snack) but I think I have adjusted to the routine this week. I'm just wondering for those that have been practicing keto and low-carb diets for a while, do you feel a plateau in the fat-burning benefits or? Do you have any suggestions for the length of time I should be doing this 20g net carbs (I was thinking 3-6 months)?

The reason that I am asking if this benefit will plateau is cause I am hoping to see some improvements in my body shape. I am planning on stuff I can do to get rid of those unwanted stubborn pockets of fat (I want to get really lean like my younger years, I'm in my 30s now). Btw, I also exercise very minimally these days because I'm kind of depressed. Thanks so much for your advice in advance!
