Blood ketone monitor shows ketones at 1.5mmol/L

I know everyone says you don't need to test for the diet to work it's magic. But I'm a newbie and I'm looking for confirmation that I'm in ketosis, and a little boost / encouragement that I'm headed in the right direction.

So, I dropped 20bucks on a combined glucose/ketone monitor and another 20bucks on some test strips.

(I think) My result shows that my blood has a ketone concentration of 1.5mmol/L.

The instructions said this could be interpreted as low to moderate ketosis. Yay! Success 🙌🏽

Does anyone have a link to more details on what the different ranges are? Are there any benefits to increasing the levels?
