Need help finding this show

I don't remember if it was a movie or a kdrama (most likely a kdrama) i only remember watching the scene. I think the FL has short hair, LIKE a pixie cut and I think she's an employee of the ML?. I think the ML is an actor. That's all I remember, it was pretty old. Please help me finding it!
