Respondus Lockdown Browser

I am trying to set up a silent install for their browser. Our ISD runs a Middle College and those students take college classes as part of it. We used to run the Respondus Lockdown Browser but ran into many issues running two organization's Respondus installs simultaneously. We eventually gave up. Now we're trying to use Endpoint Manager to uninstall old versions of our browser and push out the Lab version of the Community College's browser. Respondus support is refusing to work with us since we're not a current customer (we previously were). I was able to get a Respondus document that described making a silent install and uninstall from the Community College tech staff. Their tech staff was also able to send me the .exe of the lab installer. We have to use the lab installer since the students don't have admin rights on their laptops.

The issue I'm having is making the uninstall response file. The Setup works correctly - setup /s /fl "%cd%\setup.iss" but the uninstall does not work. After I run the command to capture the file, then rename it to "unsetup.iss" this command does nothing - setup /s /fl "%cd%\unsetup.iss"

I'm desperate for ideas. I don't want to push this out without a reliable way to uninstall it since I made a huge headache for myself pushing out our organization's browser before confirming the uninstall.
