What’s the weirdest question you’ve ever been asked in an interview?

A few years back I was at second interview stage with a large retailer and they asked me what my death row meal would be. I immediately, instinctively replied, “steak and fries”.

I got the job and eventually asked them about it a few months later. Turns out they didn’t give a toss about my answer — they wanted to know how decisive I was.
