Backing up locked and disabled iPhone 5?

My gf forgot the passcode to her old iPhone 5 and wants to get her old pictures etc off of it. It’s disabled by too many passcode attempts. Is there a way I can create a backup/import old pictures from it without a trusted computer and without a passcode?
