230 to 170 since April

230 to 170. Started OMAD in April. Now going 12 hours without eating and now eating around 180g protein a day. Getting into running, swimming and lifting now that I’m done with physical therapy for shoulder.

Don’t eat fried food anymore, mainly chipotle and Greek food (for my Mediterranean heritage)

I’m 23 and never thought a year ago I’d be in this shape. Yesterday ran 5 miles at 8’44” pace after lifting and then did lap swimming after run.
