It's really frustrating

Every morning I wake up with a new green/ pink line on my phone screen. Raised a complain and the response what I'll have to pay for repair the estimate was around 19k! 19k for what? There was no physical damage at all I just installed the latest update and within 15 days 4 lines appeared on my s21 plus screen. Should I get it fixed at a local shop for now?
