TF is wrong with these people

everything is compulsory right to choice is a myth...this is just one example...like they wake us up every morning and make us do fielding while the seniors bat they do the same in the evening as soon as we return from college... we're not allowed to say no...what can I do where can I complain...I don't even get time to call my parents and gf...I'm very angry and frustrated... please guide what I can do
