What do I do with Kozomaru?

So In an earlier post I mentioned how I was planning on starting a Orion rewrite, and sharing it hear with you all. I am happy to say I've started planning this out. While brainstorming players fot IJ I wrote down Kozomaru and got stumped thinking what I should do with him to make his character unique. Only thing I've thought of is keeping the fire but making it like a blue flame. I need help with this so anyone who has suggestions or ideas I would appreciate the help.
