Do I have access to number of pickups in ScreenTime API?

Any help will be appreciated. My app logic is that something happens at a certain number of pickups.

So far it seems that the value is sandboxed, and I can't use it to make logic changes in my app.

My backup option is to use the accelerometer to approximate number of pickups.
