How often are duvet inserts washed? Accidentally touched the duvet insert while getting into bed.

While trying to get into a hotel bed just now, I ended up accidentally moving the linen that is supposed to cover the duvet/comforter layer of the bedding, and got tangled up in the middle duvet layer. It’s a pretty nice hotel ($300/night), but I’m laying in bed wondering if I should shower since I’m still grossed out. What should I do? How often are these middle layers of the bedding washed?
