How will it affect my chances?

I just finished my first semester and I ended up with one 84 because I messed up the second quarter and midterm. I’m not going to be able to end the class with at least a 90 unless I get like 100 in the next two quarters. The class is organic chem and I don’t think it’s weighed differently. How much does it affect my chances to get into harder colleges? All of my other grades are 90 and above.
