Please don’t try to run over pedestrians

I was crossing the road (in the crosswalk with lights flashing) on Robie st and just as I was getting near the sidewalk next to the Halifax Infirmary a driver stopped to let me pass. Or so I thought.

They gunned it while I was still front of their car and nearly hit me. I wasn’t walking slowly, didn’t do anything to antagonize this person.

Please pay attention and be on alert because there are too many morons on the road.
