Work holiday "celebrations"

Wondering what folks employer's do to celebrate the holidays - a party? a bonus? a card? a snack?

I work at the health authority. For 1 hour, "senior leadership" had a treat table where you could line up to be given a cookie, Bubly, apple & coffee voucher. (Yes, some lucky people got all 4)
