All of a sudden slower

So has anyone had this happen, I’m using a DD pro, I have been for almost 2 years. No issues. I’m playing a lobby with just my brother and all of a sudden my acceleration is way slower and on Daytona road course In the car we both usually drive together I’m pulling a 1:32 now I’m pulling a 1:48 as you can tell way slower no changes done to the car and he’s pulling 1:33 lap times, he even mentioned why is your car so slow if we’re the same. Not sure what is going on, as in if it’s the fanatec doing this or gran turismo?
