Input Delay on Win Mini 2024

games like first descendant and marvel rivals anyone experience any delay from the sticks? Like aiming or moving with the sticks?

Also is there a calibration tool for the sticks, i noticed in FFXIV when im holding the left stick downleft my character starts to walk slowly. Same for Persona Reload 3.
